JOHN BOWE has narrowly edged out the most competitive ENZED Touring Car Masters field yet seen to score pole for the opening round of the season at the Clipsal 500 Adelaide this morning.
Bowe's 1m30.0032s lap edged out Chevrolet Camaro racer Andrew Miedecke by just 0.0388s to set up a feisty race to the first corner in race one later today.Read More

JOHN BOWE has picked up where he left off in the ENZED Touring Car Masters at the Clipsal 500 Adelaide, topping practice on the opening day of a brand new season.
Bowe’s 1m30.47s topped the day as a bumper 31-car field took to the Adelaide streets on a sweltering day – and it’s only going to get hotter thanks to a scorching 37-degree forecast for tomorrow (Friday).Read More

TCM TO SUPPORT CFS VOLUNTEERS AT CLIPSAL 500.

ADELAIDE motorsport fans can do their bit to support the heroes of the South Australian Country Fire Service (CFS) at the Clipsal 500 this weekend, thanks to the efforts of a local Touring Car Masters racer caught on the fringe of January’s Sampson Flat bushfires.
One Tree Hill resident Nigel Benson and his wife, Rita, saw the devastation first hand and have since turned their efforts into recognising the outstanding contribution of CFS Volunteers that they witnessed saving properties near their home.
As well as racing his 1973 Holden HQ Monaro GTS 350 in the ENZED Touring Car Masters this weekend - and running the TCM Merchandise truck - Benson has organised for every TCM entrant on the grid this weekend to sport a rear windscreen banner that acknowledges the remarkable efforts of the CFS.Read More

BIG DAMAGE sustained in the recent TCM Trans-Tasman tussle at Highlands Motorsport Park in New Zealand hasn’t stopped Holden Torana racer Carey McMahon from making the trip to the Clipsal 500 this week.
McMahon - who joined the series last year and became instantly popular with fans thanks in part to his stunning bright-green liveried SL/R 5000 - and his team have gone to great lengths to turn the car around in just 10 days, after being caught out in the middle of someone else’s spin at the kiwi venue.Read More
